Single Tuberose Lei
The tuberose flower is 2-inch elongated white blossom with elongated petals and a strong perfume fragrance. This flowering plant grows year-round in Hawaii and is often considered the “traditional” lei flower of the islands because of its intoxicating aroma. Blossoms are picked in the cool early morning or late evening when they are in full bloom. The lei is then hand-sewn in circular fashion with approximately 30-45 blossoms.
